So, posting, posing, photographing. START OVER. posting, posing, photographing. START OVER. posting, posing, photographing. START OVER……..
The Missing part of that story which leads to burn out is SHOPPING!!! I need to go shopping more because without the key component of My happiness…. I get depressed.
I’ve been sewing a collection of Tunics to post eventually…. but they are all “California Winter” Tops AKA SPaghetti Straps. But whatever- I make what I wear and what I like.
It has been super fun, but I NEED TO SHOP and see my vintage friends that I miss so much…. sassy old ladies are the highlight of my trips!
I’m going to try to post some new handmade items soon on here and eventually do some photos and post them on my site.
Later!!!

Within the last 7 days I have burned myself twice while cooking. Sucks. Good thing I have the ultimate natural cure for unbearable 2nd degree burns- Honey. Yes… Honey. It does not work for a few hours, but once it does work the burn actually causes no pain anymore, heals nicely and does not get infected. I am no Dr but to me that’s a fantastic quick fix. This one was difficult to place gauze and waterproof tape over because it is a long blistered line across my entire hand, but I made it work. Good thing is I won’t have to do dishes for a week or so!

Woohoo!!! I am up and posting again. I was super tired all week and my hubby just finished painting the newest “MODEL” to join our team. I haven’t come up with her super-model name as of yet… but I’m working on it.
On to todays topic “Granny- Chic” AKA “Faux-Granny” I sometimes don’t realize that always shopping in thrift stores and garage sales really impacts my fashion choices. I loose what is currently in fashion this month and just find things I love. Lately my hunny has been wrinkling his nose at my clothing choices saying “You look like a granny” to which I respond- I am 27, 5′10″ and sknny. I couldn’t look like a grandma if I tried (without the help of make up of course)… oops. Rabbit Trail! So, When I was at Borders last weekend and say these cute crocheted mats on the headrest of the seats in the car next to us I thought “How Chic!!” Then I thought, those are totally granny. HmMMm. Hubby was right. I dress like a granny sometimes. But is there anything wrong with that? I think not! Granny’s rock! They have good smelling houses, tend gardens and wear really comfortable shoes. Maybe it’s time we start revering our elders again and one way is to copy their style
Here’s a Few Lady “Granny” Grunge Pieces new to my shop!

I haven’t been blogging, I haven’t really been posting…. I haven’t been doing a whole lot to benefit my customer or site as of recent. BUT I am getting back to where I was at… posting daily on Lady Grunge VIntique and Posting as much as I can on here.
I’ll be introducing a new model which I haven’t named yet. She was rescued from being a murdered prop at a halloween party and will soon get a lovely make over so she can rock my vintage attire…. curious? I will post photos of her make over.
LATE!
